Need Emergency Roadside EV Charging?

My wife was stuck in a situation involving a Chevy Volt on a Saturday afternoon. The Volt broke down in the Lakeway/Bee Caves area—the vehicle had gas, but for some reason, the engine would not power the battery and refused to move. We searched and searched for an EV Roadside Charge Service and with the exception of Take Charge, we could not find any for the Austin area.
My wife reached out to Take Charge and the owner, yes the owner, appeared in about 30 minutes—30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! Well, needless to say that I will be subscribing to their annual service—price is reasonable and well worth the peace of mind for my wife and daughter.

David was amazing he saved me today. I called at 6:30am with only 8% battery in the 33 degree weather. He was so friendly and said I will be right over to help you. When he got here he was so very helpful and professional. This was the best customer service I have ever received. I am so thankful for David and this amazing company you are life savers. I had just bought a Tesla Model Y, and I was waiting for Tesla to do the ownership transfer. I ran my Model Y out of charge because I couldn’t use a super charger until the transfer was complete. I had no other option and these guys showed up SUPER fast, and charged me up enough to make it to a charging station! What an amazing service, and an amazing group of people! I would DEFINITELY recommend to anybody who is in a similar situation and needs some help! CALL TAKE CHARGE!

Wow, what an amazing service! I left my Tesla Model Y at the Austin airport with less charge than I should have and then my trip was extended so I needed to keep my car at the airport for over 10 days. And on top of that overnight temps in Austin were getting into the 30s. So due to overnight drain I was concerned that my Model Y would hit 0 miles and enter deep discharge. I called Take Charge Mobile and Stu answered the phone and was super helpful. The next morning he came out himself to charge my vehicle and send photos. All in all, I'm super pleased by the service and it made a huge difference! On top of all this, Stu had such a friendly and helpful attitude through the whole process.

My new Mercedes Benz was stuck in a parking lot where the charging station wasn’t in service and these guys pulled up and save our day!

Professional, prompt and friendly service when my EV battery charge was too low to reach the nearest charging station. It was somewhat analogous to a jump start of an ICE vehicle. Within half an hour, they provided enough range for my vehicle to drive to a regular charging spot. My EV never had to leave home to get it done! All I had to do was open the charge port.

These guys are fantastic!! Could not have been more friendly and professional. They even had a water bottle for me while I waited on my car to charge. Will be using again in the case of a dead battery on my EV.

As a woman, I was scared to buy an electric vehicle and get stuck in the streets without any help, especially at late hours. I had no clue I could just call you guys and be saved! Not all heroes wear capes and I wanted to thank you, David, again, not only for doing a great job helping me out but also for being so nice and patience to me when I was about to freak out.

We got stranded on 620 N with a rental Tesla overnight. Everybody we asked said we had to tow it and they would help us at their facility. I didn’t want to accept that towing to near the airport was the only option. Our great neighbours recommended Take Charge which we didn’t know at the time. They were super, flexible and professional and they charged us up enough to be able to make home in less than 20 min. They were fast and kind and very pleasant people. I can only recommend them.
